Refund Policy for Dataisgood Edutech Private Limited and Dataisgood LLC
Thank you for choosing our services. At Dataisgood, we strive to ensure that our users have a satisfactory and fulfilling experience while engaging with our courses. As with any online purchase, there are terms and conditions that govern the refund policy. By subscribing to our courses, you agree to our Privacy Policy, Terms of Use, and the refund policy outlined below.
We understand that entering the world of online learning can be a big commitment, especially when the program requires significant investment of time, energy, and money. To alleviate any concerns, Dataisgood is pleased to introduce a money-back guarantee as detailed below.
If a student enrolls in any of the specified courses from Dataisgood and after 30 days of usage finds no value in the course, they can claim a refund under the following conditions:
Please note: The booking/registration/admission fee is non-refundable also the admission date will be considered from the date candidate paid his/her registration amount. The tuition fee, however, can be refunded according to the following terms:
- Attend all the live online classes in live mode within the first 30 days. Partial attendance, like attending a 60-minute class for only 30 minutes, doesn’t qualify as full attendance. Watching a recording also does not count.
- Submit all assignments, exercises, and mock/practice tests within the first 30 days by the respective due dates.
The aim is to ensure that refunds are available only to those who have fully engaged with the course and still find it unsatisfactory. Refund claims can be raised between the 30th and 45th day from the start of the course. No refunds will be entertained before the 31st day or after the 45th day.
To request a refund, please reach out to Dataisgood within the specified time frame. We may take up to 60 days to process the refund, though we aim to do so within 14 days.
Future Enrollments: Dataisgood reserves the right to refuse future course enrollments from any student who has previously received a refund. Such students must disclose their past refund when enrolling in a new course.
Material Returns: Refunds will only be processed once any hard copy materials have been returned to Dataisgood in good condition via registered post.
We acknowledge that offering refunds can be challenging as our courses run in batches with limited enrollment. However, we stand by the quality of our instruction and believe that committed students will find value within the first month, eliminating the need for a refund.
No Refund: Beyond 45 days from the date of course purchase or booking amount paid, no refund requests will be considered, regardless of course content accessed or materials downloaded.
Please note that Goods and Services Tax (GST) is non-refundable in the event of a refund. The student is responsible for bearing the GST cost associated with their refund.
If there are instances of duplicate payment due to technical glitches or any other error, the extra amount will be refunded via the same source within 10 working days post-identification and intimation by the customer.
