Data is Good follows a standard procedure of using log files. These files log visitors when they visit websites. All hosting companies do this and a part of hosting services’ analytics.
The information collected by log files include internet protocol (IP) addresses, browser type, Internet Service Provider (ISP), date and time stamp, referring/exit pages, and possibly the number of clicks. These are not linked to any information that is personally identifiable.
The purpose of the information is for analyzing trends, administering the site, tracking users’ movement on the website, and gathering demographic information.

Data is Good does not knowingly collect any Personal Identifiable Information from children under the age of 13. If you think that your child provided this kind of information on our website, we strongly encourage you to contact us immediately and we will do our best efforts to promptly remove such information from our records.
There is no refund available on purchasing online or self-paced courses.
Unlike physical goods, electronically distributed software and deliverables can be duplicated. Once a purchase has been made, it is unfortunately not possible for us to recall all copies/deliverables (such as downloaded files). Therefore, DataisGood does not accept refunds, returns, or exchanges.
Note – Every dispute, difference or question which may at any time arise between the parties hereto or any person claiming under them, touching or arising out of or in respect of this agreement or the subject matter thereof shall be referred to sole Arbitrator by the first party, the award passed by the arbitrator shall be final and binding on the parties hereto. The Venue of Arbitration will be Gautam Buddha Nagar( Uttar Pradesh ). All and any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Courts of Gautam Buddha Nagar ( Uttar Pradesh), India
DataisGood (Citizen Media Private Limited) and its officers, directors and trainers disclaim any warranties (express or implied), of merchantability, or fitness for any particular purpose. DataisGood (Citizen Media Private Limited) shall in no event be held liable to any party for any direct, indirect, punitive, special, incidental or other consequential damages arising directly or indirectly from any use of this material, which is provided “as is”, and without warranties.
